Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery: 5–9 business days after processing
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders
Express Shipping:
- Delivery: 2–4 business days after processing
- Express shipping cost calculated at checkout
Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.
Delivery Areas:
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.
Missing Or Delayed Orders:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at support@cozybub.com.au and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged In Transit:
If your order arrives damaged please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us at support@cozybub.com.au. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
